What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
If you believe your card has been used without your authorization, please contact us immediately at 1-800-955-9060. Choose Replace card and follow the on-screen prompts to get a replacement card.
We’ll mail you a replacement card within 3-5 business days. Please call us at the number on your account if you ordered your card more than 5 days ago. We accept calls that are relayed through an operator. Call 711 for help if you’re deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability.
What do I do if my credit card has or is due to expire?
If your credit card is due to expire, we’ll automatically mail you a replacement card during the month it expires.
